Job Summary:The HR Generalist will support various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. Employee Relations:- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and issues.- Address and resolve employee concerns and conflicts in a timely and effective manner.- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve employee retention and satisfaction.3. Benefits Administration:- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.- Provide employees with information on benefits options and assist with enrollment and claims processes.4. Compliance and Record-Keeping:- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.5. Training and Development:- Assist in identifying training needs and coordinate training programs for employees.- Support career development initiatives and provide resources for professional growth.6. Performance Management:- Support performance review processes, including tracking performance metrics and assisting with performance improvement plans.- Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance-related issues.7. HR Policies and Procedures:- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.- Ensure that company policies are communicated effectively.
