Develop and maintain strong relationships with companies, recruiters, and HR professionals for placement opportunities.Coordinate with training teams and candidates to align skill development with employer requirements.Identify suitable job openings and match candidates based on skills and interests.Schedule and organize campus drives, interviews, and recruitment events.Guide candidates in preparing resumes, interview techniques, and soft skills.Maintain placement records, track hiring status, and prepare reports for management.Negotiate with employers regarding job roles, salary packages, and placement terms.Stay updated on industry trends and employer needs to align placement strategies.Ensure smooth communication between candidates and hiring companies throughout the process.
