Life insurance sales through assigned Bank Branches.Coordinating between Bank and company from Lead generation to policy conversion.Follow up with Operations of Banks.To build mutually beneficial relationships with Bank and help in acquisition of clients.Customer Requirement Gathering and Analysis for better product pitching.Handling Objections and grievances and providing them with timely solutions.Guiding / mentoring new team members with required deliverable and company values.Required Skills:Need Freshers /Experienced on Urgent basis !1. As a Business Development Executive you are responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Duties may include market research, creating business strategies, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals. Strong communication, sales, and analytical skills are essential for success in this role.

Business Development. Generate leads and close sales for Solar plants for commercial and residential customers to meet given monthly sales target. Lead Generation, Lead Qualification, Lead conversion to Deal, Deal conversion to Sale closure. Good communication skill and technical knowledge of Solar products are essential. Must have driving license and two wheeler. Ability to to learn and understand new technologies a must.

1. Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities2. Keep prospective client database updated3. Make cold calls for new business leads4. Support in writing new business proposals5. Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company6. Arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clients7. Key Responsibilities:Acquire new customers and generate business through BFSI/NBFC channels.Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.Cross-sell and up-sell life insurance products to achieve assigned business targets.Provide after-sales support and ensure smooth policy issuance and servicing.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 1 year of experience in BFSI / NBFC sales (Life insurance experience is an added advantage).Graduation is mandatory.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Strong sales orientation and target-driven mindset.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
