Key Responsibilities:
Acquire new customers and generate business through BFSI/NBFC channels.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
Cross-sell and up-sell life insurance products to achieve assigned business targets.
Provide after-sales support and ensure smooth policy issuance and servicing.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in BFSI / NBFC sales (Life insurance experience is an added advantage).
Graduation is mandatory.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong sales orientation and target-driven mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
