E- Way Bills, G.s.t. and other Returns Working, Net Banking Etc.

Hiring for 3 OFFICE ASSISTANCE Jobs in Goregaon West Mumbai Suburban,Mumbai,Mumbai with minimum 4 Years Experience,Required Educational Qualification is : Other Bachelor Degree with Good knowledge in Office Administration,Microsoft Office,Computer Operating,Clerical Work etc.

Office work , cutting samples , dispatching samples, cutting samples from fabric rolls, delivering samples to parties, making sample cards in office etc

1) Provide Support to Field Sales by: Prepare techno-commercial proposals based on customer requirements & inputs from field sales & the Asst Manager Sales & Application Engineering.Respond to all Technical & Commercial queries of customersLiaise with factory & purchase for specials, drawings & delivery schedulesConduct thorough technical & commercial contract review of all Purchase Orders receivedResolve with customers any discrepancies in P.O.s prior to issuing the Order Acceptance (O.A).Prepare the Order forwarding Memo (O.F.M.) & Work Order (W.O.) and issue to factory with due approvals from management. Ensuring that clean orders are entered into the system IS A MUST & a key K.P.I.Issue Proforma Invoice(P.I.) to customers & follow up on all payments.Keep close follow up on all account receivables & keep management updated on the same.Update & issue the Dispatch Schedule to factory, sales & management on weekly basis.Update the Quote to Cash Register on a weekly basis & issue to the executive management.Awareness of: corporate agreements and execution of agreement requirement strategy, account management. 2) Interdepartmental Activities:Participate in development of internal systems and proceduresPromote customer awareness among all employeesEvaluate competitionIdentify and elevate common product problemsProvide liaison between field sales and other departments3) Intradepartmental Activities:Provide training of new Sales Engineers and Sales Associates/ agenciesProvide business inputs to managementWork collaboratively with the Asst Manager Sales & Application Engineering.
