We are looking for an HR Administrator to support our Human Resources department. You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners.Your main administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records and onboarding guides) and updating internal databases. Our ideal candidate has experience with HR procedures and can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner.Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our HR department supports our employees while conforming to labor laws.ResponsibilitiesOrganize and maintain personnel recordsUpdate internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guidesRevise company policiesLiaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal complianceCreate regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates)Answer employees queries about HR-related issuesAssist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)

We are looking for an HR manager to lead our HR team. You will take ownership of all HR matters across the company from recruitment to performance reviews, wage reviews, disciplinary action, and learning and development. To perform well in this role you should have experience as an HR manager, or other senior roles in the HR team, and knowledge around all legal requirements in this role.Bachelors degree in human resources management or equivalent.Experience in human resources or related field.Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.Experience in educating and coaching staff.Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes and workplace investigations.Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.Ability to give presentations.Knowledge of relevant health and safety laws.Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
