Functional Consultant understands and communicates the functional aspects of client projects, providing expert guidance on product, and system implementation. They understand the product capabilities and participate in identification of gaps and solution definition in case of Implementation Projects. Lead and participate in full lifecycle SAP SD implementations, rollouts, and support projects.Configure and customize SAP SD processes including sales order management, pricing, billing, shipping, output management, and credit management.Deliver high-quality rollout solutions by adapting global templates to local business needs and ensuring smooth deployment across regions.Provide ongoing support for SAP SD modules, ensuring issue resolution, performance optimization, and business continuity.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, FI, PP, WM, etc.) to deliver integrated business solutions.Support system testing (SIT, UAT), data migration, cutover, and go-live activities.

An Odoo techno-functional consultant is responsible for both the technical esans functional aspects of Odoo ERP .They are equally important to the implementation process as functional consultants.Some of their responsibilities include Business Process Analysis : Conduct business process analysis and prepare a business process study sheet Mapping Business Processes : Map business processes to the Odoo application Gap Analysis : Prepare a gap analysis document Customization : Customize and configure Odoo modules based on client needs and best practices Documentation : Provide documentation for tasks needing development.
