A Product Delivery Lead is part of the service delivery team. The Product Delivery Lead acts as single point of contact for client about all services provided and shall be competent to make decisions about all the operational and technical matters of the service delivery as a first point of contact for escalation.  - The Product Family Delivery Lead also participates in agile ceremonies to leverage between ongoing and development activities, (re-)prioritize individual tickets, take over backlog items (., change request activities, ongoing topics within the scope) and act as multiplicator for relevant changes in the applications
