Brief JD:

We are hiring an SAP CRM Functional Consultant with strong experience in SAP CRM implementation, configuration and production support. The role involves requirement gathering, business process mapping, functional configuration and coordination with technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP CRM solutions.

Configure SAP CRM modules based on business processes.

Work on Sales, Service and Marketing processes.

Prepare functional specifications and process documentation.

Support integration with SAP ECC/S4HANA and other systems.

Perform functional testing, UAT support and issue resolution.

Analyze production issues and coordinate with technical teams.

Support enhancements, change requests and implementation activities.

Collaborate with business stakeholders and project teams.
