an odoo techno-functional consultant is responsible for both the technical esans functional aspects of odoo erp .they are equally important to the implementation process as functional of their responsibilities include

• business process analysis : conduct business process analysis and prepare a business process study sheet

• mapping business processes : map business processes to the odoo application

• gap analysis : prepare a gap analysis document

• customization : customize and configure odoo modules based on client needs and best practices

• documentation : provide documentation for tasks needing development.

• training :train key users and create end user manuals and training videos.

• testing: test the application and conduct an initial test of the developed functionality

• project management : conduct go – live readiness assessment report project status to the steering committee and conduct status meetings

• data migration : develop data migration scripts and executed data migration

• security :validate security

• database design : design and develop data models and database architecture

other responsibilities may include :interacting with customer teams,creating srs/brd documents ,communicating verbally and in writing and maintaining awareness of new technologies .
