Drive customer experience, Product Strategy, Envision, Roadmap. Design best-practice technology solutions. Understand and translate customer needs into business, technology solutions. Capture user requirements, conduct user reviews, and run stakeholder meetings. Drive functional/application designs and ensure technology solutions represent current and future business requirements. Work with the Solution Designers, Technical leads, and Development teams team to bounce ideas,brainstorm available solutions. Disseminate business requirements and articulate the best feasible solution to implement. Collaborate with UI / UX team to build front end application design in line with current market design approach.Required Skills- Overall, 6+ years of experience, Minimum 3+ years as a business analyst. Comfortable presenting and defending work in front of others Excellent communication skills, written, oral, internal and client facing. Flexible and comfortable with ambiguity. Ability to manage multiple projects and wear many different hats as needed Knowledge of the mortgage industry is a plus Working knowledge of Agile, Key Ceremonies, ADO (Azure DevOps), and other project related tools. Well-versed in the use of Microsoft Office Tools. Problem-Solving Mindset with Ability to Multitask. Ability to Work in Fast-Paced Environment and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
