Your primary focus will be on assisting passengers and managing various tasks related to flight services.Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service Assistance: Help passengers with booking inquiries, flight changes, and provide information on flight schedules, ensuring they have a satisfactory experience.- Check-in Process Management: Assist passengers during the check-in process, including verifying tickets and boarding passes, to ensure a smooth boarding experience.- Baggage Handling Support: Provide support in managing luggage, including checking in and reporting lost bags, to maintain customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.- Flight Coordination: Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely flight departures and arrivals, assisting with any last-minute changes or issues.- Information Dissemination: Communicate essential flight information and announcements to passengers clearly and effectively, ensuring they are always informed.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should have at least a pass in 10th grade. Experience is not mandatory, but a willingness to learn is essential. Strong communication skills are important for interacting with customers and colleagues.
