**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Service Assistance:** Help passengers with booking inquiries, flight changes, and provide information on flight schedules, ensuring they have a satisfactory experience.

- **Check-in Process Management:** Assist passengers during the check-in process, including verifying tickets and boarding passes, to ensure a smooth boarding experience.
