Role: E-commerce Online Store Admin + Support Executive Company: Cronbay Technologies OVERVIEW:Cronbay Technologies, a leading Digital Marketing agency based in Bangalore, is seeking a highly skilled E-commerce Online Store Admin + Support Executive with expertise in customer handling and operations management to join our team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: E-commerce Store Management: - Manage and maintain product listings on the online store, including uploading new products, updating details, and ensuring accuracy. - Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking to avoid shortages. - Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and updates. - Resolve technical or operational issues related to the website or store. - Generate sales and performance reports regularly to identify trends and areas for improvement. -Doing market research to stay up to date with the industry trends. Customer Support: - Communicate with customers via email, chat, and phone in both English and Hindi to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance. - Handle order processing, returns, refunds, and exchanges as per company policies. - Guide customers through order placement and payment processes. - Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while dealing with customers. Operational Activities:- Assist in creating and executing promotional campaigns, including offers and seasonal sales. - Coordinate with other teams to ensure accurate and appealing content. - Identify inefficiencies in store operations and recommend solutions for improvement. - Work towards enhancing customer satisfaction and overall store performance. REQUIREMENTS: - Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Hindi (written and spoken). - Education: Bachelor's degree in related field preferred. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic data analysis. - Excellent communication skills
