Experience: - 4-6 years agency recruitment experience

Location: Goregaon, Mumbai{ Near to Ram Mandir Station}

Position Overview:

We're hiring an experienced HR Team Lead to manage our recruitment team and drive talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate has 4-6 years of agency recruitment experience and a proven track record in team management.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the Non IT Recruitment team

- Develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent

- Conduct interviews and screenings

- Collaborate with hiring managers

- Utilize various recruitment channels

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process
