Urgent requirement for the post of Assistence HR for a foreign based company in India which offers work from home facility. We are looking for candidates who has very good communication skills, very fluent in English,smart and good personality. Candidate should have minimum 1year of experience in marketing and client handling. Candidate from BPO background will be preferred. candidtate having domestic and international experience in the same field will be considered .

The HR is responsible for creating the policies and programs that will attract, develop, and retain employees. This includes creating HR policies, employee handbooks, benefits packages, and training programs.
