Role: Functional Consultant (Business Central)Exp: 3 - 10 years Location: WFH/ RemoteSalary: 12 LPA - 24 LPAWorking Days: Monday to Friday (9 am - 6 pm)Primary Skill:- In-depth experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central with a focus on Financial Management, CRM, and at least one end-to-end implementation projects.- Strong knowledge of finance and CRM modules in Business Central, including configuration and process optimization- Experience in requirement gathering and converting raw requirements into actionable design documents.- Knowledge of any add-on solution on top of NAV/BC in any domain will be good to have.- Demonstrable experience in effectively supporting finance teams and the ability to articulate the service demands and proposed solutions- Good working knowledge of business finance in a project-based environment.- Previous experience working in a 2nd line support position- Experienced with Financial Systems, including business requirements analysis and the use of an IT Service Management tools- A personable, approachable character will work well in this environment. Someone who can empathize and provide solutions- Have excellent communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills.Good to Have:- Experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Human Capital Management (HCM) modules within Dynamics 365 or other ERP systems.- Knowledge of add-on solutions or customizations built on NAV/Business Central in any domain.Must-Have:- At least two full lifecycle implementations of Dynamics 365 Business Central.- Experience in Data migration.- Demonstrable ability to configure, and deliver Business Central solutions that address financial and CRM business requirements.

JD for Dynamics 365 CRMTechno-Functional Consultant - Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM- Techno-functional Consultant with 5 to 7 years of experience in Dynamics CRM (Cloud/On-premise).- Candidate must possess below abilities in Dynamics CRM- Complete Product knowledge- Hands-on experience in Development/Support/Implementation projects- Should have strong communication and experience with handling customers in US &Europe- Installation, System Configuration & Security Implementation- Experience in JavaScript/ CRM Web API/Plugin/Workflow/Action- CRM Upgradation- D365 Portals- Prior Knowledge in SQL & Fetch based queries to develop SSRS reports- Data migration using SSIS/Scribe/Custom Application- Experience in Web API/.NET/ JQuery development- Experience with Integration- Customer Support (Techno-functional)- Documentation (System Requirements, Design & User manuals)- Experience in Dynamics 365 CRM functional in the below areas- Complete process flow understanding and experience in key areas Sales, Marketing ,Case Management, Project and Field service.- End to end Implementation experience as an Implementation Consultant is highlypreferred- Additional experience with the new technologies like Power Apps, Power BI, MicrosoftFlow, USD is preferable.- Any certifications in Dynamics CRM is a plus
