OTL Design & Configuration

Time & Attendance Processes (Time Entry, Approvals, Absences, Schedules, Integrations)

Documentation (FS, Configuration Workbook)

Functional Testing (CRP, SIT, Test Scripts)

UAT Management

Roles & Responsibilities:

Implement and configure Oracle Cloud HCM - Time & Labor (OTL) modules.

Design, develop, and optimize Time & Attendance processes including Time Entry, Approvals, Absences, and Schedules.

Coordinate with business stakeholders to gather functional requirements and translate them into effective configurations.

Prepare and maintain Functional Specifications, Configuration Workbooks, and Test Scripts.

Conduct CRP, SIT, and UAT sessions, ensuring smooth implementation and defect resolution.

Work closely with technical teams for integrations and enhancements.

Provide post-implementation support and resolve issues within SLAs.
