Skills Required: Prior experience of working on AI/ML projects / having implemented AI/ML in business scenarios would be an added advantageStrong organizational and planning skills and proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. High level of motivation and a self-starting attitude, and the ability to work with minimal direction and supervision.Create Work Breakdown Structures for implementation (timeline charts/ Gantt Charts) Evaluate risks related to requirements implementation, testing processes, project communications, and training. User acceptance testing. Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users. Understand end-to-end business processes. Independently extract, prepare and analyze gigabytes of data to support business initiatives (e.g. profitability, performance, variance analysis etc). Develop solutions with minimal support. Develop techniques and computer algorithms for data analysis for making it meaningful and actionableMakes recommendations to improve business profitability or processes. Estimate opportunity size and develop business case through EDA, segmentation, testing frameworks, statistical techniques. Responsibilities:Implement advanced strategies for gathering, reviewing, and analysing data requirements.Gather relevant data needed to evaluate and make data-driven recommendations about steps that the company can take and the tools it can use to make company information accessible online while also interacting and providing services to clients online.Analysing company revenue, profits and losses, along with current employment levels, to make recommendations about how to realize savings and make business process improvements.Performing technical tasks such as creating business requirements documents, user training manuals and guides, and requirements traceability matrices.Delivering written and verbal presentations to an organizations leadership to communicate key findings and updates on business process adjustments.Conducting in-depth data analysis, using spreadsheets or more specialized tools such as project management software and traceability solutions.Periodically reviewing the progress of any recommended and implemented changes to see if theyre still on track, and repeating the above steps as needed to ensure continuous improvement.Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the latest IT trends, best practices and digital technologiesDevelop business segment strategies, research markets & competitors, articulate value propositions, and identify growth opportunities.Problem structuring Identify key issues, develop hypotheses and methodology to verify or refute them.Support other corporate strategy responsibilities as needed, including strategic planning, market research, mergers and acquisitions, and competitor benchmarking.Skills and QualificationsBA/BS Degree in Operations Research, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Predictive Analytics, Business Analytics or the equivalentFour-year degree in either Information Management or Business Administration or the equivalent.2-3 years of working experience with healthcare sector.
