ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:5-10 years in the Building Material industry with project sales experience in a related competitive industry like Building Materials, WhiteCement, Paints, Plywood, PVC Plumbing Pipe, Electrical, Switch Gear Industries, Elevators, Air-conditioning. Experience should be mandatory in Delhi NCR for the last 5 years.LOCATION OF POSTING: DELHI NCR1 JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES: Build long-term, productive, and mutually beneficial relationships with new customers in the untapped market of Central India. Own and drive the B2B Sales pipeline in Govt. Sector / PSUs / Leading Housing Society Developers / Leading Real EstateService Firms / Leading Architects and Planters organizations. Prepare and present impressive client pitches for our products lines. Create and execute a territory sales plan that meets or exceeds established sales targets and supports revenue and profit targets Optimize business development plan by working closely with new channel partners to maximize time in the field and overallefficiency through development and prequalification of leads Meet regularly with existing customers and prospects in sales territory to understand their evolving business needs and positionproduct solutions to meet surfaced needs Maintain consistent communication and timely follow-up with customers and prospects and be available and responsive tocustomers real-time needs Work effectively with internal support departments (Marketing, Professional Services, Product, Development) to promote salesfor new and existing customers to maximize brand visibility with, executives and professional associations Expand Business in the allotted area through Architects, Builders, Consultants, PMC's and Fabricators Liasioning with the Government new infrastructure projects.
