trend insight: maintain awareness of the latest interior design trends, incorporating this knowledge into customer interactions to provide modern solutions.
team collaboration: work in tandem with sales and post-sales teams, ensuring a seamless customer journey. share insights for product portfolio or showroom presentation enhancements.
feedback management: collect customer feedback regarding product preferences, design needs, and overall showroom experience to facilitate ongoing improvement.

qualifications:
educational qualification: bachelor’s degree in interior design or related field.
experience: 4+ years in interior design, furniture sales, or a similar role.
communication: excellent verbal communication skills for effective customer and team interactions.
customer focus: a genuine inclination to assist customers in finding solutions that cater to their needs.
technical proficiency: familiarity with design software and a robust understanding of space planning, colour coordination, and material selection.
