Address client inquiries promptly and provide accurate information to ensure a seamless customer experience. Maintain and update the CRM system with lead information, sales progress, and client interactions. Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and company-wide sales targets. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in any field (preferably in business, marketing, or a related discipline). Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role (minimum 1 year preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients professionally over the phone. Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer applications, including MS Office. Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple leads and tasks efficiently. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Fluent in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus). A friendly, approachable, and confident demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction.
