Sales and Support Executive

The Sales and Support Executive will report to Subject Matter Expert.
Job Overview:
As a Sales and Support Executive at Dirghayu Research Work, you will drive business growth by
converting leads into clients and ensuring exceptional customer support. Success in this role means meeting
or exceeding sales targets, building strong client relationships, and maintaining high client satisfaction.
Your contributions will directly impact the company’s reputation and revenue, positioning Dirghayu as a
trusted leader in research solutions. This role is integral to expanding our client base and delivering value
to students, researchers, and professionals worldwide.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Make outbound calls to prospective leads and follow up regularly to convert them into sales.
• Explain the company's services, including research papers, review articles, theses, and dissertations, in a
clear and professional manner.
• Address client inquiries promptly and provide accurate information to ensure a seamless customer
experience.
• Maintain and update the CRM system with lead information, sales progress, and client interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and company-wide sales targets.
• Identify client needs and suggest appropriate services to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
• Resolve client concerns or escalate issues to the appropriate department for swift resolution.
• Prepare and share periodic sales reports with management to track performance and identify areas for
improvement.
• Stay updated on the company's services and industry trends to effectively address client questions and
objections.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably in business, marketing, or a related discipline).
• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role (minimum 1 year preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients professionally over the
phone.
• Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer applications, including MS Office.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple leads and tasks efficiently.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Fluent in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
• A friendly, approachable, and confident demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to the company’s services and processes.
• No specific physical requirements, but the ability to sit and work at a desk for extended periods is
necessary.
