Key Responsibilities: Sales Support: Assist the sales team in preparing quotes, proposals, and sales presentations. Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders. Sales Team Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and managing travel arrangements. Assist in lead generation and prospecting activities. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Provide insights and recommendations based on market research. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in sales coordination or a similar role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Knowledge of the tent manufacturing industry and products is a plus.
