The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue through webinars, seminars, and direct customer engagement, ensuring end-to-end sales from lead generation to payment collection. The role demands strong communication, aggressive follow-up, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.Key Responsibilities:Meet and exceed weekly and monthly revenue targets while maintaining professionalism and customer focus.Engage with business owners to sell training and coaching courses through webinars, seminars, and direct calls.Manage end-to-end sales process: inquiries, objection handling, sales closure, and payment collection.Continuously upgrade product knowledge and sales skills to achieve higher conversion.Make outbound calls for follow-ups, query resolution, and sales closing.Maintain and update sales reports, customer data, and CRM records accurately.Drive repeat business through upselling, cross-selling, and renewals.Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers to generate referrals.Work proactively on weekends to maximize sales opportunities.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelors degree in any discipline (or equivalent).Minimum 5 years of hardcore sales experience in:High Ticket Sales, / High-Value Sales Direct Sales, / B2C Sales Insurance, / High Volume Sales, Post Webinar or Inside Sales (preferred)Strong customer orientation with the ability to adapt to diverse prospects.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills (written & verbal).Aggressive follow-up attitude with a result-oriented mindset.Positive attitude, self-driven, and career-focused.Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
