roles & responsibilities:

engage with us clients, prime vendors, and tier-1 vendors to understand their staffing requirements.

build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and challenges.

work primarily on contractual staffing requirements.

identify and generate new leads/requirements while maintaining strong relations with existing clients.

proactively generate requirements through cold calling, cold e-mailing and other outreach methods.

analyse client requirements, match them with suitable candidates, and present profiles based on technical skills, rates, and location preferences.
