This role primarily involves proactive outreach, lead generation, and setting appointments for senior sales team members. Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting and conduct extensive research to identify potential clients (direct clients, MSPs, prime vendors) in the US market who require staffing services.
Utilize various tools and platforms including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, job boards, industry directories, and company websites to build targeted lists of prospects.
Develop a basic understanding of the US staffing industry, including market trends, common technologies, and different staffing models
