We are looking to expand our footprint and strengthen our retail network with passionate sales professionals.Job DescriptionAs a Territory Sales Manager (TSM), you will be responsible for daily retail engagement, ensuring consistent product orders, and driving growth in your assigned territory.Key Responsibilities Visit 20 retail outlets daily within your assigned area. Ensure at least 8 outlet orders per day. Build and maintain strong relationships with local retailers. Promote PONTIAC products and improve visibility and placement in retail stores. Track and report daily sales and performance to the reporting manager. Collect market insights and competitor activities. Expand the retailer base and improve product penetration.Eligibility Criteria Minimum 3 to 10 years of experience in Retail Sales within Telecom / Mobile Accessories / B2B / QR Code Sales with Strong Retailer Network with Strong Relationship. Strong retailer network and influence in the local market. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Good communication and negotiation skills.
