The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to work in the field.Key Responsibilities:Visit prospective clients (builders, architects, contractors, interior designers, homeowners, etc.) to pitch exterior productsGenerate leads through cold calling, field visits, and networkingConduct product presentations and demonstrations at client sitesDevelop and maintain relationships with customers for repeat businessAchieve monthly and quarterly sales targetsCoordinate with the operations team for timely product delivery and installationCollect customer feedback and provide after-sales support when requiredSubmit daily/weekly sales reports to the managerStay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and new productsKey Requirements:Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred)Experience: 2 to 3 years of field sales experienceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong negotiation and persuasion abilitiesMust own a 2-wheeler and have a valid driving licenseWillingness to travel locally/within assigned territoryPerks and Benefits:Fixed salary + attractive incentivesTravel allowance / fuel reimbursementcareer growth opportunitiesJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
