job summary:
we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales executive to join our sales team. as a sales executive, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.
key responsibilities:
1. prospecting and lead generation: identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other prospecting techniques.
2. building relationships: develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet those needs.
3. sales presentations: deliver persuasive sales presentations to customers, highlighting the benefits and value of our products or services.
4. negotiation and closing: negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the terms and conditions of the sale.
5. account management: manage and maintain existing customer relationships, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
6. sales reporting: provide regular sales reports to the sales manager, including sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and sales performance metrics.
requirements:
1. bachelor's degree: a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
2. sales experience: a minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business (b2b) sales environment.
3. excellent communication skills: strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate effectively.
