Job Title: Territory Sales Manager (TSM) in Department of Sales & Marketing

Salary: INR 15,500 – 25,000 CTC per month

Travel Allowance: INR 3 per kilometer

Job Description

As a Territory Sales Manager (TSM), you will be responsible for daily retail engagement, ensuring consistent product orders, and driving growth in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

 Visit 20 retail outlets daily within your assigned area.

 Ensure at least 8 outlet orders per day.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with local retailers.

 Promote PONTIAC™ products and improve visibility and placement in retail stores.

 Track and report daily sales and performance to the reporting manager.

 Collect market insights and competitor activities.

 Expand the retailer base and improve product penetration.

Eligibility Criteria

 Minimum 3 to 10 years of experience in Retail Sales within Telecom / Mobile Accessories / B2B / QR Code Sales with Strong Retailer Network with Strong Relationship.

 Strong retailer network and influence in the local market.

 Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

 Good communication and negotiation skills.

 Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
