- DAY BY DAY FIELD SALES VISIT ON TARGET BASED.- LOOKING VAPI RESIDENCT AND KNOWLADGE ABOUT NEAR INDUSTRY ( SUCH AS VAPI, SILVASSA, DAMAN, UMBERGAON , AND VALSAD ).- PREPARE WEEKLY REPORT SUBMIT ON END OF WEEK ( SATURDAY ) , MON TO FRIDAY VISIT PLAN ( FIELD ).- ENQUIRY GENERATION AND CONVERT ORDER

Assist the sales team in managing customer inquiries and order processing.Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations.Prepare and maintain sales reports, contracts, and quotations.Follow up with customers on orders, payments, and service requirements.Maintain and update customer databases in CRM software.Coordinate with marketing and logistics teams for promotional activities and deliveries.Support the sales team by handling administrative tasks and documentation.Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals.Monitor sales targets and ensure timely reporting to management.Address customer complaints and provide necessary support.Schedule and organize meetings, sales calls, and follow-ups.

Converting prospects into customers by showcasing appropriate primary residential properties to the prospects, which match the need of the prospects.Contacting and following up with new prospective Clients and setting up new business opportunities.Using leads generated by Marketing Team for the above as well as generating self-leads to convert them into customers, through local activities (procuring relevant databases, doing on-ground activities incorporates, clubs, etc).Plan approaches and pitches. In some cases, Cold calls for sales of Primary properties.Taking prospects for site visits in residential projects, answering all relevant queries in the process, liaising with Developer or Developer Relations Team for any clarification required for that.To be compliant with the operations process.Ensuring that prospects and customers are satisfied with their interactionParticipate in the Negotiation meeting with Buyers & Builders.Providing after-sales services and assisting in Home Loans for the customers.Achieving written down sales targets by the organization.Attending developer meetings & channel partner orientations as and when required.

The company does not give any fixed salary, you will get money as per your work

Field work to follow up with electric contractor, builders, solar contractor, EPC contractor to sell our Electrical Products.

Minimum 6 month of experience in any sales or marketing field .
