Job Summary:Back Office who assesses an organizations processes and operations and determines opportunities to increaseefficiency. As a business analyst, you'll identify new business opportunities in order to generate revenue,improveprofitability and help the business grow.The back office executive is the manager in charge of managing the back officeof a company. This is the part of the company that manages the companys accounting processes.This manager isresponsible for overseeing the accounting departments operations.The back office executive reports directly to the ChiefFinancial Officer, or CFO.Key Responsibilities: Oversee all payroll and human resource activities for an organization. Supervise accounting and finance activities, including preparing financial reports, allocating funds, andoverseeing payables and receivables. Manage bookkeeping, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Manage administrative activities, such as organizing meetings and meetings scheduling, Manage otherAdministrative functions, such as scheduling travel, arranging appointments, and handling mail. Complete various administrative tasks, such as report writing, filing, compiling data, and maintaining records. Develop and implement systems, procedures, and policies. Develop reports, statistics, and presentations.
