Relationship ManagerChannel-Agency channel Key Responsibilities:Agent Recruitment & Onboarding: Identify and recruit new agents, provide onboarding and training programs to ensure agents are well-prepared to market and sell insurance products.Sales & Performance Management: Set clear targets, track agent performance, and offer guidance and resources to help agents meet and exceed their sales goals.Relationship Development: Build lasting, trust-based relationships with agents, offering mentorship, motivation, and regular performance feedback.Market & Industry Insights: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities, adapting strategies to ensure the agency network remains competitive.Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all agents comply with regulatory requirements and company policies. Regularly report on agency performance and sales metrics to senior management.

Job Role:1. Nurture relationships with mapped clients for investment needs.2. Track customer complaints and resolve escalated grievances on a day-to-day basis.3. Conducting 3-4 client meetings daily for revenue generation.4. Generating new sales leads through referrals from existing clients.5. Increasing customer engagement through cross-selling investment and non-investment products.6. Acquisition of new CASA customers.Job Mandates:1.
