Job Role:
1. Nurture relationships with mapped clients for investment needs.
2. Track customer complaints and resolve escalated grievances on a day-to-day basis.
3. Conducting 3-4 client meetings daily for revenue generation.
4. Generating new sales leads through referrals from existing clients.
5. Increasing customer engagement through cross-selling investment and non-investment products.
6. Acquisition of new CASA customers.
Job Mandates:
1. Good communication & interpersonal skills.
2. 1+ Yrs. exp. in CASA Acquisition/ Portfolio Management/Book Management from BFSI Industry
3. Candidates with lesser notice period will be given preference.
4. Age should be below 35 yrs. old.
