The candidate must be graduate.Primary Responsibilities:1) Telephonic invitation to customer for periodic service n days in advance ( Service Reminder ), Service booking management using DMS and other software., Taking customer feedbacks during service and maintaining records for follow up., Post service follow up and resolution of concerns , Customer complaint tracking, redressal and necessary action at dealership, Post sale service / customer complaint record. Ensured that each customer receives outstanding service by providing afriendly environment, Maintaining customer relationships & increase customer retention.
