The Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales performance, managing the sales team, and ensuring customer satisfaction at the dealership. This role demands strong leadership, strategic planning, and a deep understanding of the two-wheeler market.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies.
- Team Management
- Recruit, train, and motivate the sales team.
- Set individual targets and conduct performance reviews.
- Customer Engagement
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Resolve customer complaints and queries promptly.
- Inventory & Coordination
- Coordinate with inventory and finance teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage stock levels and ensure timely delivery of vehicles.
- Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills- Bachelor-s degree
- 3-5 years of experience in automotive sales, preferably two-wheelers.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
