You will be the face of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make. The goal is to make guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued while on our premises.The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy-going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. You should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information. A customer-oriented approach is essential.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF FRONT OFFICE EXECUTIVE:Welcoming and greeting the clients & ensuring they receive attention in a timely & friendly manner.Responding to customer queries.Answering phone calls & taking messages to the customers.Billing of products & services.Receive and confirm doctor appointmentsEnsure that reception is maintained in a clean & tidy manner.Record customer feedback & convey it to the management.Ensuring that all relevant records are updated in a timely manner.Ready to work other administration-related functions also.
