Responsibilities:Digital Strategy:Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies.Content Creation:Create engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms, including social media, blogs, and email campaigns.Collaborate with the content team to ensure consistency in messaging and brand voice.Social Media Management:Manage and grow the company's presence on social media platforms.Develop and implement social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.SEO and SEM:Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic visibility.Execute and manage paid advertising campaigns (SEM) to drive targeted traffic.Email Marketing:Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotional emails.Analyse email performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better results.Analytics and Reporting:Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) across all digital channels.Prepare regular reports to evaluate the success of campaigns and recommend improvements.Lead Generation:Implement strategies to generate leads through digital channels.Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective lead nurturing and conversion.Website Management:Collaborate with web developers to maintain and update the company website.Ensure website content is aligned with overall digital marketing strategies.Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and product teams, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy development and execution.Strong understanding of digital channels, including social media, SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
