You Will Oversee the Day-to-day Running Operations of a Building Construction Project.you Might Be Responsible for the Whole Site, or Leading a Sub-team Responsible for Onearea of the Project. Depending On the Project and Your Role Within It, You May Be Requiredto Start Work Before the Project Begins By Recruiting a Team of Tradesmen,architects,engineers, Surveyors, Health and Safety Officers and other Workers. Before Any Work Starts You May also Need to Supervise and Organise the Building Oftemporary Offices and Facilities (such as Toilets and Catering) for the Construction Site. When Work Begins Youll Be Responsible for the Safety of Your Team, and You Will Alsomonitor the Progress of the Project to Make Sure It Will Meet the Deadline and if Thatsnot Going to Be Possible Solutions Around That. Youll Be Responsible for Communicating with Whoever Has Ordered the Project in the Firstplace, Reporting Any Problems or Delays, as Well as Keeping Them Up to Date with Generalprogress. Youll also Need to Communicate with Those Outside of the Project, such as Townplanners and Regulations Officers. Any Accidents that Occur On Site Youll Need to Take Responsibility For, and Work Outways to Prevent Them Happening Again.site Manager Duties:- Oversee Daily Operations of Site. Coordinate Employee of Site Schedules & Ensuring Adequate Coverage . Liaising with Clients and a Variety of Professionals, such as Surveyors, Engineers Andarchitects.
