As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for cost estimation, cost control, and financial management of construction projects in Delhi. Responsibilities:- Prepare measurement book based on data & drawings available. Prepare bill of quantities (BOQ) & bills with item rates from tender. Prepare & process subcontractor bills. To take the measurement from the site engineer. To get work done as per the protocol of the company. Identification and preparation of extra item. To follow up on the accounts department for payment. Review the quantities item listed. Checking and certification of bills and invoices from vendors and contractors. Bill verification and certification of measured bill from competent authority. Should be good in MS Excel and MS word. Preparing reconciliation statements based on prepared measurement. Auto CAD for measurement purpose.

We are looking to hire a Billing Engineer with 2-5 years of experience in civil construction billing, preferably in metro, building, or infrastructure projects. The candidate should have strong knowledge of CPWD Specifications, DSR, IS codes, and standard methods of measurement. The role includes preparation and verification of client bills, subcontractor bills, measurement sheets, rate analysis, and reconciliation statements for materials such as cement, steel, aggregates, and other construction items. The candidate must be capable of taking accurate site measurements, coordinating with the site team, preparing MB records, identifying extra items, and maintaining all documentation related to billing and progress.
