Skills and Experience: Ability to communicate with all individuals in a professional and courteous manner both verbally and in writing in English. Telecom commercial experience, carrier account manager knowledge. Understanding of Surcharge. Ability to listen to customers and find solution to resolve conflict. Analytical & attention to detail.
