The candidate can be from any background but must have excellent communication skills and the ability to independently generate leads and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Business Development SupportActively conduct cold calling to generate new business leads.Independently generate leads through market research, networking, references, and online platforms.Map potential markets and build a strong, qualified lead database.Identify key decision-makers and schedule meetings for Business Development Managers (BDMs).Hand over qualified leads to BDMs for conversion and revenue closure.Benchmark competitors, pricing strategies, and market positioning.Maintain and regularly update CRM with accurate lead and client data.
