key responsibilities:
cold calling: initiate outbound calls to potential b2b clients to introduce products and services.
lead generation: identify and qualify leads through email campaigns, whatsapp outreach, and referral networks.
client engagement: build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients to drive repeat business.
product knowledge: understand and effectively communicate the features and benefits of electronic and electrical products.
crm management: update and maintain customer databases and sales records accurately.
follow-ups: conduct timely follow-ups to convert leads into sales opportunities.
sales targets: meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
market feedback: gather insights from clients and share feedback with the sales and product teams.
qualifications & skills:
proven experience in tele sales or inside sales, preferably in b2b or technical product domains.
excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
proficiency in using email, whatsapp, and crm tools for outreach and follow-up.
ability to understand technical products and explain them clearly.
