Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to drive business growth through lead generation, client engagement, and sales of Cloud and SaaS solutions. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in IT, ITES, Software, SaaS, Cloud, or Technology Solution sales.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and research potential customers and business opportunities.
Engage with inbound and outbound leads through Email, WhatsApp, Online Chat, and Phone calls.
Qualify prospects and schedule discussions with decision-makers.
Client Engagement
Present and explain AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Workspace, and related cloud solutions to prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Sales Pipeline Management
Manage and track leads through the sales cycle.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
Ensure timely follow-ups and lead conversions.
Collaboration
Work closely with marketing and technical teams to support customer acquisition and retention initiatives.
Coordinate with implementation teams for smooth project handovers.
Target Achievement
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Drive New Sales, Renewals, Upselling, Cross-selling, and Customer Retention.
Contribute to business growth through customer acquisition and relationship management.
Market Intelligence
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and cloud technology offerings.
Develop a strong understanding of AWS, Azure, Google Workspace, and SaaS solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
1-2 years of Inside Sales, IT Sales, SaaS Sales, Software Sales, Cloud Sales, or Technology Sales experience.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
Familiarity with AWS, Azure, Google Workspace, Cloud Solutions, or SaaS Products is highly preferred.
