🔹 Role Overview
Crystal Group is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to support our Cold Chain Warehouse business. The candidate can be from any background but must have excellent communication skills and the ability to independently generate leads and drive business growth.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Lead Generation & Business Development Support
Actively conduct cold calling to generate new business leads.
Independently generate leads through market research, networking, references, and online platforms.
Map potential markets and build a strong, qualified lead database.
Identify key decision-makers and schedule meetings for Business Development Managers (BDMs).
Hand over qualified leads to BDMs for conversion and revenue closure.
Benchmark competitors, pricing strategies, and market positioning.
Maintain and regularly update CRM with accurate lead and client data.
🔹 Client Relationship & Coordination
Manage client SLAs, feedback, and renewal follow-ups.
Coordinate with Operations and Finance teams for smooth service delivery.
Ensure timely response to client queries and concerns.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities and share with BDMs.
🔹 Candidate Requirements
Female candidate preferred.
Any educational background (Graduation preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong confidence in cold calling and lead generation.
Target-driven and self-motivated.
Good coordination and follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
