Location: (Noida)Industry: Manufacturing / Garments / Textile (as applicable)Salary: Up to 1,00,000 per month (Depends on experience & interview)Experience: 812 YearsGender: Female (if required)Qualification: MBA / PGDM in HRJob Responsibilities:Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:Planning and executing hiring strategies, handling end-to-end recruitment, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.HR Operations:Managing attendance, payroll coordination, HR documentation, employee records, and HR policies.Employee Relations:Handling employee grievances, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and maintaining a positive work culture.Performance Management:Implementing appraisal systems, KRA/KPI tracking, and employee performance reviews.Statutory Compliance:Ensuring compliance with labor laws, PF, ESI, Factory Act, Shops & Establishment Act, and audits.Training & Development:Identifying training needs and coordinating skill development programs.HR Policy Implementation:Drafting, updating, and enforcing HR policies and proceduresStrong knowledge of labor laws & statutory complianceExcellent communication & leadership skillsExperience in manufacturing/garments industry preferredProblem-solving & decision-making abilities
