The primary responsibilities of the Human Resource Executive include:- End to end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees- Managing employee relations, including handling grievances and disciplinary actions- Conducting mass recruitment drives to meet the organization's staffing needs- Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent

Job Description:-Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for various positions within the manufacturing sector.Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, Like : Indeed, Job hai, Apna app, Naukri, and others networking, and referrals to identify potential candidates.Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Provide candidates with necessary information about the interview process and company culture.Promote the company as an employer of choice by highlighting its strengths, values, and opportunities for career growth.Participate in job fairs, career events, and other networking activities to enhance the company's visibility in the job market.Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining clear and timely communication.Provide feedback to candidates in a professional and constructive manner.On boarding and Orientation process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.Collaborate with HR and department heads to facilitate training and integration of new employees.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.Prepare regular reports on recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the hiring process.New Joiners on Job Training.New Joiners Performance measurement.Letters Issuance .Requirements: -Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the manufacturing industry.Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques.Excellent
