Job Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Planning and executing hiring strategies, handling end-to-end recruitment, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.
HR Operations:
Managing attendance, payroll coordination, HR documentation, employee records, and HR policies.
Employee Relations:
Handling employee grievances, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and maintaining a positive work culture.
Performance Management:
Implementing appraisal systems, KRA/KPI tracking, and employee performance reviews.
Statutory Compliance:
Ensuring compliance with labor laws, PF, ESI, Factory Act, Shops & Establishment Act, and audits.
Training & Development:
Identifying training needs and coordinating skill development programs.
HR Policy Implementation:
Drafting, updating, and enforcing HR policies and procedures
Strong knowledge of labor laws & statutory compliance
Excellent communication & leadership skills
Experience in manufacturing/garments industry preferred
Problem-solving & decision-making abilities
