Job Overview:

As an HR Intern, you will support the HR department in day-to-day operations, gaining hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administration. This internship is designed to provide exposure to HR functions and help develop essential skills for a career in human resources.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the recruitment process, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.

Support the onboarding process for new employees.

Maintain employee records and HR databases.

Participate in employee engagement activities and initiatives.

Provide administrative support to the HR department.

Assist in planning and executing HR projects and events.

Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong interest in HR functions and practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
